sUnless expressly agreed otherwise, all our services and supplies are subject to these general terms and conditions. Whether by signing a quotation or an order form, by confirming by e-mail, SMS or even orally by telephone, the supplier or customer expressly confirms acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Any intervention on our part is deemed to have been validly communicated to the supplier or the customer as soon as a telephone call has been made or an e-mail request has been sent to request our services. However, the company reserves the right to refuse to carry out an order, either definitively or until it has been received in writing by the customer or his authorised representative.

The supplier or the customer is bound to "bePallet ®" for any acceptance of intervention by telephone or for any accepted estimate.

They also have the right to access and rectify their personal data at any time.

Any incomplete or incorrect quotations or order forms will be systematically rejected and returned.

The supplier has a duty to disclose in good faith all identity and/or company information relating to it.

The supplier declares on his honour that he is fully responsible for and the owner of the goods sold.

In the event of a dispute, "bePallet ®" cannot be held responsible for the origin or previous ownership of the goods.

"bePallet ® strives to offer its customers a professional, high-quality service.

"bePallet ®" undertakes to provide the customer with the following information in a clear and comprehensible manner:

• the essential characteristics of the property ;
• the price of the goods and/or the method of calculating the price ;
• where applicable, any additional transport, delivery or postage costs and any other charges payable;
• legal information about our company.

 "bePallet ®" is subject to VAT. The prices indicated or communicated are exclusive of VAT.

Private individuals are subject to VAT.

Benefits are subject to the 21% scheme.

Goods and supplies are subject to the 21% regime.

The prices communicated to the supplier and to the customer via the website or other means, as well as by telephone to the customer, are for information only. They are communicated on the basis of the daily market price as well as information provided directly by the supplier or the customer at the time of their request, whether by telephone call, text message, contact form or e-mail.

"bePallet ®" reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.

Changes requested after the order has been validated by the supplier or the customer will incur additional costs and must be validated in writing.

In return for any order placed, "bePallet ®" will pay or collect the price indicated at the time of the order or mentioned on the quotation within the time limits set out in these general terms and conditions.

Payment for goods and services ordered from the supplier must be made in cash on delivery or by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of the date of the delivery note.

Payment for goods and services ordered by the customer must be made in cash on delivery or by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of the invoice being issued.

Goods ordered by the customer remain the property of "bePallet ®" until the balance of the order has been paid in full.

Delivery times are given to the customer in good faith and as an indication when the order is placed. Exceeding deadlines may not give rise to damages, withholding of payment or cancellation of orders in progress.

Delivery is at the customer's expense.

Any disputes must be settled before the competent courts of the Brussels-Capital district.
