Privacy policy

We apply the principles of the Privacy Act of 8 December 1992 and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation - Act 25 May 2018. 

When you fill in a form, we store your details in a file so that we can only respond to your direct request. Lhe personal data provided by the user when registering a data processing operation, a complaint or a request for information or advice will be processed by "bePallet ®" solely in order to respond to the user's request and to fulfil the tasks entrusted to it by the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy and by the implementing decree of 13 February 2001.

Under no circumstances will users' personal data be processed for commercial purposes. Data is collected on a confidential basis, processed internally and kept for a period of one year.

Personal data will only be passed on to staff responsible for processing requests. This data may be communicated to persons outside "bePallet". ®" only when this is necessary to process the user's request.

If the user refuses to provide certain essential data, "bePallet ®" is unable to process the request.

Any person affected by data processing may consult their personal data, have it rectified or, if they have good reason, have it deleted.
